Komans started its activity in 1991 as one of the first registered private construction companies in Bulgaria and is among the founders of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. Komans' main activities are research, design, investment and construction of residential, administrative and industrial buildings and facilities, construction of sites of engineering infrastructure. Behind our backside we have completed 41 residential buildings with over 1,600 apartments, shops and offices, reconstructions of urban parks, construction of sports facilities, administrative and public buildings and shops, the complete execution of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Joseph in Sofia.
